Great to see a return to playing golf and as a reminder to everyone here is the “roadmap” we will operate to at Stocksfield Golf Club as advised by England Golf.
March 29th
Playing golf can resume with (up to) 4 ball play with pre-booked tee times. Takeaway food and drink only. Outdoor practice facilities may reopen and Coaching may take place for one-to-one lessons or groups of up to 6 (including coach). The existing guidance regarding no rakes, no ball washers, none removal of flags continues to remain in place as does the importance of keeping social distance and avoiding gatherings. The Clubhouse remains closed apart from the allowance to use toilet facilities. The Professional’s shop remains closed.
April 12th
Professional’s shop can reopen. Outdoor social areas may reopen. Food and drink can be served outside (rule of 6 continues to apply). Locker rooms may reopen
May 17th
Indoor social areas may reopen but the rule of 6 continues to apply. MAXIMUM gathering of 30 indoors. Indoor coaching may reopen (rule of 6 continues to apply)
June 21st
ALL remaining facilities may reopen. No limits of numbers and social distancing. REVIEW of use of rakes, divot boxes and ball washers. REVIEW of removal of flagsticks. REVIEW of exchanging scorecards
