- The Pool table is now back in the Lounge for the winter. Keep an eye open for notice of the upcoming Bar Olympics.
- When playing 'General Play' rounds it is no longer necessary to put your scorecard in the box, only enter it in the PSI.
- The Turkey Trot competitions are now under way, the first 2 were off the white tees and the 2nd & 3rd will be off the yellow tees. Remember these are open to all and the full sweep entry is paid out each week with the best 3 over the 4 x TT singles competitions winning additional prizes. Please check with the Pro's shop to confirm the competition rules for the day prior to starting.
- Blue stakes have been removed from the copse between the 13th & 17th fairways, ball to be played as it lies.

Ladies Captain's away day
The ladies had a very warm welcome from Arcot Hall for Sonia's Away Day. The course was in great condition and the sun shone.
The overall winner on the day was Muriel Devere with 44 points, second was Hannah Kennedy with 43 points and third was Heather Stevenson with 41 points. The Team prize went to
Muriel Devere, Linda squire and Hannah Kennedy.

Ovington Boys On Tour
A group of members (plus a few interlopers) known as the Ovington Boys On Tour (OBOT) have an annual trip away and this year it was to Portugal. The trip was won by Mick Byerley and enjoyed by everyone as evidenced in the following photo's.
